Ingraham: Biden and Democrats’ BLM ‘if borderline’ as Sharpton shouts at Del Rio
In her commentary “Ingraham Angle” on Thursday, host Laura Ingraham commented on what she sees as the “BLM-ification of the [southern] frontier.”
With President Biden’s approval ratings hitting more than 20 percentage points in 60 days, the White House is now facing several “storms of their own accord,” the host said.
âFor more than two decades a small group of us have warned Republicans against any immigration deal with a Democratic Party that doesn’t believe in border enforcement – damn it, they don’t believe it at all at the borders. We have been called xenophobic and anti-immigrant … But we were right. There is no way to see the images of Del Rio as anything other than clear proof that the Democratic Party has completely surrendered to the lobby the opening of borders, âshe said.
âUnder Biden, our border is a giant migrant camp – it’s dirty and sordid with hundreds more arriving every day. [Associated Press] spilled the beans that few are sent back to their own country. Haitians have been liberated on a very, very large scale. An official … put the number in the thousands. “
However, this excessive lack of enforcement on the part of Biden and his border chief Alejandro Mayorkas is still not enough for the far-left Democrats who a year ago clung to the Black movement. Lives Matter, Ingraham said, noting the anarchy America has witnessed in places like Philadelphia, New York, Chicago and Atlanta as BLM caused chaos in the summer of 2020.
âThey want more lawlessness and they want less border security and they want the immediate relocation to the United States of anyone who sets foot on our soil,â she said. “So they grab their favorite teddy bear which is breed.”
She highlighted remarks by Boston MP Representative Ayanna Pressley, who said in public comments that “Haitian lives are black lives. [and] if we truly believe in Black Lives Matter, we have to turn the tide; the Biden administration must end any deportation of Haitian migrants. “
Ingraham called the Boston Democrat’s comments proclaiming that “skin color should trump immigration law.”
âDoes that mean anyone with black or brown skin should also be sent to the front line for legal immigration processes? They bet I would say yes,â she said, adding that a another longtime member of the far left, Harlem, NY Civil rights activist Al Sharpton Jr. later appeared near the dilapidated migrant camp under the Acuna International Bridge.
Sharpton, however, couldn’t continue for even a few minutes in his remarks before being heckled in silence by the locals.
The host noted that, unlike the platform expressed by Pressley and Sharpton, most border officials in the area are people of color:
âThe majority of border officers are Hispanic. They have been using horses at the border for decades. Sharpton’s presence and the squeals of the team are a gift to Joe Biden. It is an opportunity for him to tackle the middle. “But he wasted it. Biden had the opportunity to distance himself from his party’s border-opening radicals. He had the opportunity to defend the rule of law in American sovereignty. Instead,” of that, he hid from the press and sent Jen Psaki to embarrass himself once more. “
Psaki told reporters that border officials can no longer use horses in the rugged terrain of the border region.
Later in her monologue, she noted that Biden’s political capital was so weakened that it could be one of the factors affecting the Virginia governor’s race.
The Old Dominion has long been a reliable Republican stronghold, but has not had a GOP governor since 2014 in Bob McDonnell, nor Republican senators since Sens. George Allen and John Warner at the end of the years.
New Mary Washington University in Fredericksburg ‘Likely Voters’ poll puts longtime former Clinton governor Terry McAuliffe – again running for the Democratic nomination after four years away – at 5 points of political newcomer Glenn Youngkin, R-Falls Church.

“By refusing to change course, Biden looks limp and weak – and fanatic at the same time, if possible. The political fallout is so severe it spills over even to the Virginia governor race in this regard. moment – and yet they keep pushing the accelerator. “
“This, my friends, is the definition of insanity.”
