David Duchovny drama Aquarius arrives in Sky Atlantic

Aquarius is set in the late 1960s and follows struggling LAPD detective Sam Hodiak as he investigates the disappearance of a local girl. He eventually discovers the dark activity of a strange cult led by a local minor criminal called Charles Manson.
Sky has made a deal with ITV Studios Global Entertainment to show all 13 episodes of the first season. Aquarius debuted on NBC in May and has since been renewed by the US broadcaster for a second season.
X-Files actor David Duchovny stars as Emma Dumont (Bunheads), Gethin Anthony (Game of Thrones), Claire Holt (The Vampire Diaries), Gray Damon (Friday Night Lights), Brian F O ‘ Also on the bill are Byrne (Mildred Pierce) and Michaela McManus (One Tree Hill).

“With an excellent screenplay and high production values along with an acclaimed cast, this will make television captivating. Exclusively on Sky Atlantic, Aquarius further strengthens Sky’s position as the birthplace of quality drama across Europe. “
