BLM protester arrested at crime scene on Wednesday
ALBUQUERQUE, NM (KRQE) – A well-known Black Lives Matter protester once again claims he is the target of law enforcement. This time, because he was arrested at the scene of the FBI agent’s shooting on Wednesday. Members say he very clearly broke the law. There are two different video perspectives of Clifton White’s arrest on Wednesday, one from his wife and one from the Bernalillo County Sheriff’s Deputy.
Assistant: “Put your hands behind your back. “
Guerrero: “No! No! For what reason ?! For what reason ?!”
Assistant: “For interfering with a crime scene.”
The handcuffs continue to White and his wife, Selinda Guerrero, after about two minutes at Bernalillo County Sheriff’s Deputies repeatedly telling them to come out of the crime scene linked to Wednesday’s deadly FBI agent involved in a shooting.
The backhand video shows White and Guerrero walking towards the yellow tape at the crime scene, then going around a tree to find a hole in the crime tape.
Assistant: “This is as far as you need to go.”
White: “You don’t need to tell me anything.
Assistant: “I tell you…”
White: “Are you reading my rights to me?” Am I under arrest or what?
Assistant: “No … but it’s a crime scene.”
White: “It’s not a crime scene.”

Guerrero: “There is no yellow ribbon there. We know that a black man was murdered by the police here today.
The FBI has not identified the man killed in Wednesday’s shooting, but White and Guerrero are well-known Black Lives Matter protesters who helped organize last summer’s protest following George’s murder. Floyd.

After several rounds of name calling and repeated refusals to exit the federal crime scene, MPs arrested White. As the cameras roll, White begins to yell at his wife that he’s choking, but with a reverse camera, it’s clear that just hasn’t happened.

MPs say White had high blood pressure and received medical treatment. He now faces charges including obstruction and assault against a peace officer. After White’s arrest for parole violation last summer, he had to serve several months behind bars.
